CryLaS Crystal Laser Systems GmbH is active in the field of optical technologies. We develop, produce and distribute diode-pumped solid-state lasers for applications in materials processing, medical technology, analytics and research and development. In close cooperation with customers on international markets, the products are created from the idea to series production.

For the further expansion of our team we are looking for a Service Engineer (d/m/w) as soon as possible.

We offer you an exciting extraordinary field of work:

  • Service, analysis and repair of our UV lasers at our Berlin location

  • Close technical contact with our production and development team to ensure and further improve the quality of the systems in the long term

  • Direct support of our international customer base via email and phone for support requests
  • Close cooperation with the sales department for the preparation of service offers

We are pleased to hear about your:

  • Completed studies in physics, physical engineering, laser technology, optics (FH, TH, Uni) or comparable disciplines

  • Practical experience in service, production or development of laser systems
  • Open-minded and communicative nature, as well as analytical and customer-oriented approach to work
  • Ideally already experience in direct customer contact / service / technical support

  • Fluent German and English skills

  • Career changers with technical understanding or university dropouts with scientific and technical knowledge are also welcome in our team.
